Very smooth process. I did my homework about the insurance before arriving so I knew what to expect. Vicky was very nice and helpful. She showed the three options for insurance and did not push anything I did not want. They did a thorough inspection of the car and encouraged me to take my own video of the car before driving away. I have never experienced that which I appreciated. This way there is no disagreement when dropping off the car. Very satisfied with the whole experience. I highly recommend this location. Great job Vicky :)

We had a great time in Puerto Vallarta. SIXT provided VIP transport to and from airport which went smoothly. Only issue was when we returned the car, we were told that there was damage under front bumper due to many speed bumps in town. Imposible, we’ve rented with SIXT in several countries and we’re aware of these road hazards. Consumer beware, take photos /video of under carriage to avoid this issue. Fortunately, we were able to convince the Manager that we were not at fault. We carry AX insurance and suggest carrying or buying additional insurance if needed to avoid any damage accusations. Otherwise, SIXT as a whole is great car rental option.
