The bus transport between opladen and the pickup location is a bit confusing to say the least, and not very clear on the online maps. Picking up a car late will incur penalties. I was however fortunate enough to be helped by the Greek person working there (I will refrain from using their name), whom had gone far out of their way to help, and to make sure that all the information I needed was available and that I would get the best possible deal and options. It is rare to find people that go so far out of their way to help. If ever someone deserves an increase or a promotion, it will be them. They turned my day from a bad day into an awesome day with their great, friendly and helpful attitude. Thank you!

Great service. The quickest and easiest way to get a car/truck rental. A bit pricey, but considering it was last minute and went through with no problems, it was worth it.
